 Re: Will Poulter is the new Pennywise the Clown The Mist and The shining too. But dam, h's always been mostly poison. I never read his stuff to be honest, but it always seems like in this day and age king would be ripe for a TV anthology series. The films almost never feel theatrical.

Re: Will Poulter is the new Pennywise the Clown I was just talking about films, by the way. I've never read a King book. The Shining was ok, but I wouldn't put it on any top list.

Re: Will Poulter is the new Pennywise the Clown True, but you can agree most people love it because of Kubrick than King. That usually seems the pace outside of liberties like Daranbout. His work has never really felt right for film. But it could flourish on TV

One of his better adaptations. Carrie (the original) is considered a classic. The problem most of the time is usually they get the wrong people to do his stuff. And some of his best material hasn't been done great yet. I am hoping the Stand turns out well, the miniseries was good but was nowhere near the book. Not sure if we will ever get the Dark Tower.
