 Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
Truffle Butter should be in the top 10.
I don't like the Carly video. It was cute for the first minute but eh.

1 and a half month later and it's climbing up iTunes lol. yay I knew I Really Like You wouldn't be a hit. The video was such a cheap shot at a viral video. Oop.

"Shut Up and Dance" is definitely very catchy.

It's a great song, but does it deserve to snatch the record for most weeks at #1? Meh. I don't even know what could dethrone it coming up. "Shut Up and Dance"? Anyway, this week's chart: 1. Mark Ronson feat. Bruno Mars, "Uptown Funk" (flat) 2. Maroon 5, "Sugar" (flat) 3. Ed Sheeran, "Thinking Out Loud" (flat) 4. Ellie Goulding, "Love Me Like You Do" (flat) 5. The Weeknd, "Earned It" (up) 6. Fetty Wap, "Trap Queen" (up) 7. Taylor Swift, "Style" (flat) 8. Rihanna feat. Kanye West & Paul McCartney, "FourFiveSeconds" (down) 9. Flo Rida feat. Sage the Gemini & Lookas, "G.D.F.R." (up) 10. Natalie La Rose feat. Jeremih, "Somebody" (up)

 Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
One Sweet Day is such a shitty sing. Uptown funk is at least a better sing to hold that record.

It actually seems like everything is lining up for Earned It to take over in a couple weeks.

 Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
I notice Ed Sheeran is playing not one, but two nights at the Verizon Center in D.C. this fall. I knew he was big, but not SO huge as to require two arena shows to meet demand.

 Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
If See You Again starts getting radio support, it could stop Uptown Funk from beating the record.

 Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
I know it is a bad, cheesy song, but I find Andy Grammer's "Honey, I'm Good." fun and infectious.

 Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
Yeah, it looks like See You Again might hit #1 next week, Billboard says it's estimated to sell 400k in singles, just depends on radio and streaming.
