So the argument for you is already lost. There is no chance it could do 275 million. And the fight will have no impact only the SB generates that much in sports. Unless you think 100 million people are going to be watching it. I doubt it will get even a tenth of this past SB.

Nothing that wasn't already seen and disliked in Transformers: Age of Extinction. Nothing has been added or upped. It's just more of the same.
So I see a drop off. It will gross $450m this time. Perhaps $500m.

There is plenty of opportunity for anyone to watch the fight and Avengers 2. Stop being retarded people. I'm not saying the film won't break the ow record, I think there is no excuse for it not to, barring terrible reviews. I am just saying the fight is going to have an impact. I see no way around that. It's been hyped for years and targets the main demographic. One does not need to be a huge boxing fan at all to have interest. All serious sports fans are going to be interested. I won't say it's like the Super Bowl, because it's not. But it's going to be a huge deal. Avengers 2 is not going to be the biggest pop culture event of it's opening weekend. I'm not sure how much of an impact it will have on it's total. U.S. theaters technically have the necessary capacity to meet the demand for 300m+ in 3 days, the simple fact of the matter is no film has ever come close to selling that many tickets.
