 Re: BAFTA Nominations
And Whiplash won Editing here. That category is such a good mess, with Boyhood winning ACE and American Sniper being a heavy contender and no Birdman.

 Re: BAFTA Nominations
Pretty awesome winners. Apart from The Theory is Everything, every one of my favourites got a look in. Whiplash for its best components; Simmons, sound and editing. Birdman for cinematography. Interstellar for VFX. Grand Budapest for a load more. And Boyhood for Best Film and Director. Incredible. The good thing about BAFTA is they always have the "Outstanding British Film" award, so it rarely means the favouritism of the British Academy unfairly influences the outcome of Best Film.

Yeah, I like these a lot too. The love is spread out (and perhaps, a last serving of love from the industry for Boyhood. though I do think either could take BP Oscar) I'd have liked to see Interstellar get a win for BEST SCORE (which is deserves) before it's completely shut out at the OSCARS.

Well, I think Interstellar should win all the awards! So I was just glad to see it got something.

 Re: BAFTA Nominations
I'm rooting for Boyhood with every fiber of my being, but it's kind of exciting to maybe have Best Picture come down to the wire at the Oscars!
