I've read more than one article that points out how Selma was (almost) snubbed last night. I feel like as a culture we've started to expect the powerful black film to always walk away with the recognition and it's kind of weird. We're at this place where it seems like we're trying to say "Hey look, I'm not racist! I voted the black movie!"

I 100% disagree. I thought they were hilarious.
