The Bloomington City Attorney said she plans to file criminal charges next week against the organizers of the Black Lives Matter protest held last weekend at the Mall of America.

City Attorney Sandra Johnson said unapproved public protest isn't allowed at the Mall of America, and that Saturday's protest created unsafe situations.

Strike that. I cannot remember any case at all in the past years, in which someone resisting arrest has been shot in Germany, unless we are talking some hostage-taker. Also, Garner and Brown weren't out to kill police officers. Did they resist arrest? Maybe. But what kind of a shitty police officer are you, if you cannot subdue a suspect without shooting him several times?
