Re: September 19-21 Predictions A Walk Among the Tombstones is for some reason opening in like 400-500 fewer theaters (I can't imagine this umber won't go up once actual counts come out) but hopefully that won't hurt its box office too much.

Breakout incoming. Maze Runner's marketing has done a fantastic job at selling itself beyond its core audience of young girls. It actually looks like a solid action thriller.

Re: September 19-21 Predictions Its going wide. It should open to at least 5 million as long it is truly wide and not 500 theaters.

It is impossible to predict Tusk without an estimated theatre count, though this type of niche blend of comedy and gory horror rarely hits it big before home video. I am reminded of Slither in 2006 or Jennifer's Body.

Re: September 19-21 Predictions yeah, ensemble isn't that strong. Bateman's last hits were 'cause of McCarthy and Horrible Bosses had a much more accessible premise/cast. It'd be nice if it manages to do well though.
