It's been 6 years since the Edison Chen photo scandal broke in 2008. These "famous" people never learned.

I have absolutely no pity for any of the actor/actresses involved in this. If they are stupid enough in this day and age to take pictures with items that are hackable like cellphones or tablets they had it coming.
Buy a photo camera or use a computer not connected to the Internet to store them.

This whole thing is so odd, huge, and hilarious at the same time. I mean I'm not gonna go scurry through what's out there but reading about what some of these photos/videos entails leaves me a bit speechless that the celebrities were like "OK I'm fine with this in the Cloud"

On the one hand I get this because that's pretty close to my initial reaction, but on the other hand shifting the blame from the hacker (who committed some extremely illegal activity to steal these photos) to the people that took them (who did a stupid but perfectly legal thing so long as they were of age) strikes me as rather holier-than-thou and kinda icky. Should they have known better? Definitely. But they shouldn't be the ones at fault. I've done numerous stupid yet perfectly legal things in my life where I should've known better, and if it were to get out then I would hope that the response would be a little more understanding than "you had it coming."

I didn't say that was the hacker did was legal, it's not. I'm just saying that those people are stupid for placing those pics in a somewhat easily obtainable place or device.
Also, who cares? If you go to the Internet you can find so many fakes of all actresses in hardcore scenes, and many of these actresses have already done nude scenes on the big screen, so seeing them top or underless in a couple of pics shouldn't even be newsworthy.

I'm also surprised that 99,99% of the pics leaked are from women, but Excel can only talk about penises. And the guy leaked wasn't even Henry Cavill.

Thoughts:

1) Besides the wine glass one, the Jlaw photos are great. Upton's as well. I haven't looked at the rest.

2) These are surprisingly hard to find. I don't know if I should be proud or frustrated. It's funny how the internet gets so righteous when everyday events happen to celebrities.

3) They should know better. That they didn't says that girls remain horribly insecure even after they become rich and famous. Good to know says the bro in me.

4) Most importantly, this will be great PR for everyone, even the ones who were faked. Now girls all over the world can relate to Jlaw even more. "See, she makes the same dumb mistakes as me!"
