Germany vs. France
Brazil vs. Colombia
Argentina vs. Belgium
Netherlands vs. Costa Rica (though I am heavily pulling for Mexico to upset the Netherlands and play here)
I wouldn't rule out Colombia beating Brazil. They've been playing superb football. But the refs will make sure it won't happen. Thus the semi-finals:
Germany vs. Brazil
Netherlands vs. Argentina
As usual, Germany will lose here (we'd have a much better chance against the Netherlands or Argentina). I expect the finale to be Brazil vs. Netherlands and Germany will beat out Argentina for bronze.
Should Germany, however, miraculously make it past Brazil, I am pretty sure they'll take the Cup.

Uruguay will not beat Colombia without Suarez.
