Just for the fun of it... ;)

Phase I
Get Carter, Driven, D-Tox, Shade

Phase II
Bullet to the Head, Escape Plan, Grudge Match

There were other poison phases as well, but interrupted by the occassional Rocky or Rambo movie...

I believe it started much earlier with Rhinestone and followed by his directorial debut of "Hunger".
Later on we got crap like Cobra, Over the Top, and Stop Or My Mom Will Shoot

Maybe phases but I don't think he WAS a poison but now maybe outside of Expendables he probably is becoming one.

Doesn't matter this is a thread about the celebration of major disappointments. If he can't add to it, he has no business posting in it.

I would still put Rocky V as his biggest disappointment. I mean that was a 77% decrease in admissions from the average of the first four films. And I know people like to talk of the surprise success of Rocky Balboa (Obviously it was and the film's Strong reviews and financial success saved Stallone basically from retirement) it still only sold the same admissions as Rocky V.

Eye See You and Avenging Angelo did terrible, as did Driven, Judge Dredd, Get Carter and most recently Bullet to the Head and Escape Plan. Like most of his films after Rocky V, international audiences saved him some real embarrassment over the years.

He'll see this when he gets back on in 12+ hours, I believe.
