Its passionate defenders failed to gain Man of Steel any ground.

I don't think anyone should be surprised by Gravity winning BP. Ever since its releasen in October it was a surefire Best Picture winner here because it unites the fans of arthiouse fare and the blockbuster guys. There has never been any doubt whatsoever.

Unless Nolan pulls a Batman & Robin, Interstellar is sweeping next year.

I am glad for Blue Is the Warmest Color and Inside Llewyn Davis.

Too bad the attendance for the ceremony this year was rather on the low side. Ah well.

I knew it had 0% chance of making it, but for overlooked films I put We're The Millers. Campy but fun.

Some of my picks won (Gravity for Best Pic + Best Director + and most of the technicals, Leo, JLaw, Leto, etc.). No real complaints with any of the winners I suppose.

Glad Gravity ended up winning the most. Best movie of the year for sure!. Sucks that Johansson didnt win. That was pretty much the only one i was rooting for.

tl;dr

Good job, Dr. Lecter! I completely forgot about it! No surprise at the Gravity domination. I knew Wolf had support, but not enough to deny Cuaron. Was hoping that it would at least take editing though. The pacing in Wolf of Wall Street is masterful.

Also no surprise that David picked the winner of Most Overlooked again.
