I love Let It Go but we need this to happen. Won't happen as all members of the Academy will vote. Could happen if the Oscar would be only given by the members of the music branch as it happens with the nominations. _________________

But it would be like the most glorious moment in Oscar history if it did. I would literally pee my pants. I just hope all the songs are performed. I MUST SEE QUEEN JONI ON THAT STAGE.

Re: Most likely HUGE upset at this year's Oscars? I do not believe Her is ahead of it in regard to the Oscar race. Critics, and the Hollywood Foreign Press, are a different beast.
Nebraska is more accessible than Her, particularly to the older Academy members, and it scored in Best Director, which indicates, to me, a bit more momentum and strength in general.
I do agree it is behind American Hustle, though.
