Did anyone here see Stand Off?

I know the cover art does not exactly inspire huge confidence, but I am a bit ashamed I never saw or even heard of this film since it is by a filmmaker I very much admire, Terry George, who wrote In the Name of the Father and The Boxer and wrote and directed Hotel Rwanda.
