Based on what we have heard so far, of course, but also the history of the category and general pedigree, my current predictions are:

Re: Best Original Score 2013 Man of Steel is 10x more complex and memorable than 12 Years a Slave. I love Zimmer, but Slave just felt like a re-hash of Shame's score, where MoS did indeed borrow off old scores, but its grand/epic nature is undeniably awesome.
