I am looking for a two-part TV-movie/TV-miniseries. I have seen it about ten years ago. Total running time must be around 180-200 minutes. It was horror-themed and featured Dracula, Frankenstein's monster and a werewolf/wolfman. It was rather modern (nothing before 1985). Unfortunately I don#t remember anything else...

Like the episode The Tale Of The Crimson Crown from the Are You Afraid Of The Dark TV series's that ran from 1990-1996? Nope. I'm sure it was a film. Maybe Little Monster with Howie Mandel and Fred Savage (Little boy is kidnapped at the end) Not clowns, but a lot of makeup.
The Crimson Clown, a clown puppet that comes to life and terrorizes a little boy who gets away with everything and gets taught a lesson of right and wrong, in the Are You Afraid of the dark episode tale of the Crimson Clown.
Zeebo The Clown, the spirit of a thief that stole the circuses whole payroll of 20,000 dollars in the 1920s who terrorizes the main protagonist, because of the theft of his nose by said protagonist in the Are You Afraid Of The dark episode The Tale of Laughing In the dark.

Seriously though, the one I'm looking for wasn't a big fancy/showy clown, it was just a guy that dresses as a clown, and maybe for just one part of the movie (I can't remember the rest of the movie) in order to catch this boy who's at a circus when it's dark. I got the feeling that the fair had come to town and there were more circus scenes, but I can't be sure about this.

I'll get there eventually. Like I said before, I think it might just be an obscure TV movie, in which case nobody here may have seen it.

Re: I need help to find this movie My point is, even if you think you remember this scene vividly (That it's a Sunday morning family film) that's just your perspective. Horror films play randomly on Sundays during the day, as do all kinds of films. It could just as easily be kids tv like AYAOTD. You'll never find it if you don't expand your search. It could even be the beginning, and not the end.)
