Could be, but you should see Dreamworks animation schedule, 12 films in 4 years???wtf, but if we count disney as a whole company (walt disney pictures), yess, they have marvel, lucasfilm, pixar, pirates, disney animation, muppets and promising but risky projects like Tomorrowland, Lone Ranger Maleficent, Oz 2

Looks like Man of Steel 2 will come out in 2015 instead of JLA http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/ ... 7Q3mSuZ.01

If MOS 2 also comes out in 2015 then I guess we are looking at blockbuster summer and a HUGE HUGE year.

I assume Mission: Impossible 5 will also hit theatres in 20015, no? I mean they haven't started casting or anything on it yet, I strongly doubt it'll be out by next year.
Then there are Prometheus 2, Sherlock Holmes 3, maybe even Ted 2 if they don't hurry up and release it next year.

I think TA 2 will smash the opening day record and the opening weekend record. Because we all know when a movie smashes an opening weekend record, the sequel always tops it! You expect it not to at this current point?

Ted 2 is definitely not coming next year as McFarlane already has A Million Ways to Die in the West. Disney also announced James Bobin is directing Through the Looking Glass. Could that be out by late 2015? Not that they need anything else...

This is like almost a lock unless scheduled movies move back to 2016 or later.

I wonder if AVATAR 2 will make it in time for a december release - probably not with Cameron's pace...

 Re: 2015 - A modern record year?
It's just insane. There are also so many potentially huge releases (Magic Mike 2, 50 Shades or it's sequel, Snow White 2, Terminator 5) that could still hit the schedule.

 Re: 2015 - A modern record year?
I wonder if they bring back Pullman or Goldblum? So a year where we have sequels to the number 1 films of 96, 03,05,12 and maybe 13...hmm not that impressive

Well, without the BEAUTY & THE BEAST re-releases TERMINATOR 2 is the No. 1 movie of 1991 - so we can add 91 with an * as well...

...and now Bond, James Bond as well: Daniel Craig will once again return as the legendary British secret agent in the 24th James Bond film and Sam Mendes will also return to direct the screenplay written by John Logan. The film is set for release in UK theaters on October 23, 2015 and in US theaters on November 6, 2015 http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/s ... 4th-583864
