One thing I am absolutely and completely sure of, though - we'll never see a year like 2001 again at the German box-office.

Germany is one of the top countries for fans of Arnie and Sly, but whenever their movies get released, they don't exactly light up the box office. Kind of annoying.

Also, the weather is very theater friendly these days and it has A LOT of showtimes per day here. And most of them are packed. Austrians & Germans are very loyal to the franchises they love.

Re: Germany Box-Office Thread: H&G starts off well H3 is still on course to open to close to 1.4m admissions (H2 did 1.2m). However weather was really, really nasty the last couple of days, with lots of flooding and more and more Areas in Southern and Eastern Germany are declared disaster areas....
Nice weather is expected for next weekend so expect huuuuuge drops next week...
