Re: Matthew Vaughn out of X-Men: First Class 2; Bryan Singer
Well Singer and Berry hate each other. They had a huge fight on the set of X2 and I don't see her coming back. And Singer hates storm for some reason. This could be it for the original cast besides Collossus who I can't see why he won't come back. I am sure they will bring back Havok and Banshee. Emma Frost and Moria are question marks right now.

Why did Halle Berry and Bryan Singer have a huge fight on the set of X2?

I believe she felt underutilized or something.

That's because her character is lame. I love Halle Berry and would like to see more of her, but not as Storm. Though I'd like to see her in the sequel to Spring Breakers or Piranha 3DD

Also, Nightcrawler is just cool, and I imagine Alan Cummings would come back if it was just a small part. He did hate the makeup process so I doubt he would want to do a long part.

Why wouldn't she return?. thats actually a pretty good point. She really hasn't done with her career after Juno. Perhaps there's just too much of a perceived image of her that people just feel they can't cast her in any role unless they want her to be Juno again. Even in Inception she wasn't really Nolan's first choice (Evan Rachel Wood was). Well, starring in a Woody Allen flick isn't that bad either.

Depends on which Woody Allen it is.
Could be very cool to see if Mystique is Rogue's mom. Could also have Pyro back and Rebecca back too.

I wouldn't bother with Pyro. I could see them bringing back Rebecca for another cameo.

I want to see Pyro. He was one of my favorite characters from X2.

Re: Matthew Vaughn out of X-Men: First Class 2; Bryan Singer
And the Ice-Man Vs. Pyro fight in X3 was definitely great too.
It'd be weird if Ashmore was back and Pyro wasn't. I doubt Magneto will be on his own, he always has henchmen. This cast is starting to get ridiculous now.
I'm sure a lot of them will be more in the cameo role. Like perhaps Stewart is dead the entire film, and then when they succeed he is alive in the end.

I doubt Mckellan's Magneto will be bad . I see him helping the surviving X-Men to send Kitty or someone to the past.

I don't think all of a sudden Ellen Page will be the lead in the series. I'd rather Rogue, Wolverine or even Ice-Man. Rogue could be cool as she could steal the villain's powers. Then again, her and Magneto are powerless from the third. As first said, it will really depend on how much the use from Part 3.

I am pretty certain that, after the reception for First Class, Fassbender, McAvoy and Lawrence will still, by far and away, be the film's leads.

That would be pretty epic if they changed the entire timeline of the series somehow. Then again, some might not be a fan of it copying the Star Trek reboot storyline.

And the reason I think Page will be one of the leads is because Kitty was the one of the main characters in the comic and why cast her if they wont' follow the comic. I imagine it will be young Xavier, Magneto, Mystique, and Kitty as the 4 main characters.

Peter Dinklage joins the cast http://www.superherohype.com/news/artic ... uture-pastI wonder who he will be playing. Also, looks like somebody will be playing Nixon in the film according to Singer.

I would find it odd if such a secondary character of the films all of a sudden became the central focus of the next film, even if it is in the source material. Either way, I have trust in Singer and Co.

Well there are some rumors out there that most of the will be going to the past. I admit it would be cool to see Ian Mckellan and Michael Fassbender in the same scene.

With rumors out there that Lawrence is smitten with Fassbender... this could get interesting.

As someone said on those links, Jean Luc-Picard, Katniss, Wolverine, Gandalf, Altair and Tyrion Lannister all in the same film.
