 Re: Wednesday Numbers
How come neither BOM nor the BO report show it?

I hope someone uses the headline "'Hope' springs a leak".

Why do you think it should crack $20M in its 3-day portion? It would need a 175%+ F to S increase assuming it actually increases today (like in the mid single digits). Even though K&D (Knight and Day) switched its release date at the last minute (7.19 multiplier * Wednesday's number), following their pattern, it would not even crack $20M in its 5day, let alone 3-day. Please explain. I'm not trying to be mean, Mike. I just want you to please explain how you calculate. I'm probably wrong :p. Nitro Circus did solid.

 Re: Wednesday Numbers
Sorry Magic Mike, if I sounded mean earlier. Actually, if HS follows Up in the Air's pattern (another adult-oriented film that got moved up at the last minute but was able to get an 8+ multiplier * Wednesday's number), it could get close to $20M 5-day, but I'm saying mid-to-high teens which still sounds great. I've heard from some family friends it's quite a good movie.

 Re: Wednesday Numbers
Nah, no big deal. I sort of posted my prediction without thinking. It's very unlikely it does 20. High teens is a possibility though, I think.

 Re: Wednesday Numbers
Even giteshpandya (who occasionally is accurate when it comes to projections), thought the high teens is very possible for the 5-day portion.
