 Re: Heat
This is a clear A for me. Exactly what you want out of a badass cop movie and De Niro and Pacino are in top form

 Re: Heat
People who dislike this film are either nutty or people who attach their own ego and being to the visual medium so much that they are an empty shell beyond it.
For regular humans this is superb.
Ok maybe I'm being harsh...............................wait yes I am huzzah for opinion.

 Re: Heat
This is a perfect mix of drama and action...
Hope they can make films like this again.
We say a blend of an epic crime drama and a superhero film in TDK though.

 Re: Heat
Fan-fucking-tastic. After JFK I decided to re-watch some more of all time favs, this clocks in at #8 all time for me and there's just no doubt about it. It's perfect from start to finish, great, great leads, but the supporting cast is excellent in itself too, Kilmer, Sizemore, Brenneman, Judd, well I could just list everyone. Mann is one of the GOATS, he aces the combination of style and storytelling like no other. The cinematography and score are just perfectly intertwined and the dialogue is just so quotable to boot. It's a true crime epic, one of the best films ever and I just love it.

 Re: Heat
I don't love Heat as much as most people do, but there is no denying that its a great flick. Collateral is still my favorite Michael Mann film period, but this is definitely a classic for a reason. The true definition of a crime epic.
