With the Movie forum changing name thread going on, Are there any other forums you think might need a name change?

List the ones to see if there is support to start a forum changing thread. ( Someone else can decide if a thread should be started )

OK but based on people's comments, you can decide which people care about the most and decide on the order of the forum name changing threads.

indeed. considering voting for the first has already begun, we can start looking at the next one. i personally do not want the watercooler to be changed at all. its an absolutely great name and does not require a movieish title like concession stand. the watercooler i think is perfect. i think the derby needs looking into.

There you go , Goldie, that's a constructive way to spend your time here, organizing the name change threads. Just do them one at at time, and don't start the next until it's done. There is no reason to have 5 dedicated threads going at once, other than just for the sake of starting 5 threads at once. One at a time will keep everything organized and won't become an overwhleming mess.

If it were me, I wouldn't devote a thread to asking the members which forum they want changed next, I'd just go down the list, pick the next forum with a generic name (for instance, DVD) and start the campaign thread. (AFTER the poll closes in the other thread I started , and the name is changed. )

You have my blessing to head the rest of the campaigns up, or just one like I did, if that's all you want to do. My forum time will be pretty non existent, so I can't do any more. Good luck!

I don't want to change The Water Cooler. Especially to The Concession Stand, because it's supposed to be non-movie related.

Let's change The Box Office Bash.

But i would love to change Sports, TV, BO Games and Quiz Show, Music, Box Office Bash and DVD, there just like the Movie forum, to boring!

I do understand where your comng from ... but I feel the water cooler states pretty well what the forum is about ... like you said ... gathering around the cooler at work, talking news, politics, daily events ... monotonus to be sure ... maybe we need a wind down forum ... a drunk forum where we can move all of Dolce's drunk posts.
