Bullet to the Head takes a headshot and is out of the month.
Movie 43 should be next.
With that in mind, the Raven has to move up. No reason not to.

I'm glad BTTH did move, cause it made me actually look at Lockout's imdb page. This movie sounds amazing. Guy Pearce breaks into an outer space prison to save the President's daughter.

Re: KJ's Spring Box Office Contest 2012 - NEW
Someone HAS to get the Top 5 ranking correct this season. No one's got in the last four box office contests, but this season seems a little bit more predictable, considering we have only 6 movies that are going to be big:
American Reunion The Hunger Games John Carter The Lorax Titanic 3D Wrath of the Titans
I really can't see anything else going over $80 million, unless 21 Jump Street pulls a Superbad.

Also, re: 80m 21 Jump Street could break out and one I think you're missing is Lucky One. If it's good it could get a Dear John total. Still, it's unlikely it'll get what it needs to make the list. Those movies contain wildcards. Will Titans do better? Will JC fail? Will anyone see Titanic?

We'll keep it as is since it's still being released. But definitely good catch for everyone as predictions definitely need to be lowered. Warning: Cold Light of Day is a limited release now. Adjust predictions accordingly.BK wrote: 21 Jump Street could break out and one I think you're missing is Lucky One. If it's good it could get a Dear John total. Eh, I don't think Zac Efron can do much more than Charlie St. Cloud with the Lucky One. I'd be really shocked if it passed $60 million. I agree though that it would be next in line of biggest Spring grosses along with Mirror, Mirror and Project X. I suppose you're right even with the big 6 as that leaves 120 different combinations of Top 5's assuming The Hunger Games is #1 in all of them. But I do think there's a much better chance this season than any for someone to get the 15 point bonus.

The Raven might surprise, IMO. I'm at least predicting 17/48. Poe is a major part of the American imagination, it has a decent pedigree (from the director of V for Vendetta), and Relativity, based on their campaigns for Immortals and Act of Valor, will sell it well.

I've taken a closer look, and think the undecided ones shouldn't affect the outcome (with the top four only having a spread of 4 points). Hugo looks like it will make it to 70M. That should give me a few extra points. Looking forward to seeing how things ended up with the Winter game. Any Idea when that will be finalized?

But you are right there is a potential for Hugo to slightly change points if it passes $72.5 million, but it will not change anyone's points affecting the #1 position.

I think the deadline's closed but Lockout moved to the 13th from the 20th.
And I'd pick that to win that weekend now, it's wide open.

Lockout isn't winning any weekend. It's going to flop. It seems fun, and I dig Guy Pearce, but it's a mid-tier Besson programmer from an upstart distributor. Almost no potential for major box office success.

Yes I was like maybe or maybe not for the answer before, and this being the second question I answered it in a Notepad before so didn't change it last night before predicting. I don't know whatever you guys call it, I just called it typo. Regardless I don't want to edit it if it is out of deadline, so what's your problem again?
