 Ugly Celebrities, People think are Hot This will of course differ on personal prefence....
but every generation has that ugly celebrity people praise as being the hottest thing alive...
A couple I could name now are:
Colin Farrell(sp)
Cate Blanchett<<<Yes, MY opinion...and Im admitting it.
and uhm....I need more time to think of this....

Uh....like...pretty much all of them.
amazing what lighting/make up/digital touch-ups can do for someone
