 Monday #'s (8/1) From ERC: Quote: THE SMURFS was #1 on Monday smurfing up nearly $5 mil. COWBOYS & ALIENS was #2 with $4.2 mil.

Re: Monday #'s (8/1) So that's a fantastic 48.7% drop for Smurfs but an extreme 58.7% drop for Cowboys & Aliens.

Re: Monday #'s (8/1) Better drop than Potter!   The only explanation i can think of is kids, which are a big demo for Smurfs, are off school, older folks, which is the demo for C&A, are not off work. In turn, C&A will probably increase much more on fridays. _________________

Looking forward to seeing how well C&A will hold vs. Apes.
