Guybrush, you don't have to finish if you don't want to. Thanks for posting most of your list, anyways. I appreciate it.

Well, I want to. I have never stopped posting it, just a little slower.

It's self-explainable.

Boy, you must take us for real idiots.
Anyways, feel free to finish at your own free will while hopefully someone else starts their list. If you're not comfortable, you could have asked someone to continue until you were ready to proceed, or notified the mods.
Until then I congratulate both sides for killing a good thread. You're both equally responsible, and I highly doubt anyone is going to have the courage to pick this thread up again now. Bravo.

Zing, we did post that sorta stuff to begin with, but he is taking it too far hence the more extreme comments by myself.

Jenn, I'd encourage you to start. This whole fiasco (spelling..?) has ruined a good thread. Let's just move on. GuyBrushX, post the rest of your movies anytime you feel like it, but it's really killed the pace of the thread. Most people finished they're list in 3-4 days tops.

Um, I couldn't get my list down to 100, so I started with 117 instead. Good things are bound to be ahead when Jaws is #102.
117. The Big Heat (1953)
116. High Hopes (1988)
115. Top Secret (1984)
114. Time Bandits (1981)
113. King of New York (1990)
112. What's Eating Gilbert Grape (1993)
111. Good Will Hunting (1997)
110. Heist (2001)
109. Die Unendliche Geschichte (The Neverending Story) (1984)
108. Royale Tenenbaums (2001)
107. Kiss Me Deadly (1955)
106. The Usual Suspects (1995)
105. Double Indemnity (1944)
104. Die Hard (1988)
103. Cape Fear (1991)
102. Jaws (1975)
101. Chasing Amy (1997)

Was Heist that good? I did want to see it a long time ago, but didn't imagine it being THAT good.

The ones I've seen. What a wide selection, I wasn't expecting this from you! I could see you being a Gillian fan, but in the same group with Kevin Smith's second worst movie?
Anywho, Amy is the only one of the above I've seen which I didn't like. The rest are excellent. Tenenbaums is my absolutely favorite Anderson movie, and is 100% proof that Gene Hackman can play just about any character. Robbed of an oscar nod that year. Double Indemnity????? And you haven't seen Bad Education yet? Get thee to the theatre loyal! The first Die Hard is actually very good, but I never saw any of the other ones. Alan Rickman makes a surprisingly good bad guy. I know about widdling it down, after I did mine I already wanted to rearrange it!

It has one of the most realistic shootouts ever filmed. And the Mamet dialogue, it's on fire. Damn that guy can write. And the cast, wow. Hackman, Delroy Lindo, Ricky Jay. DeVito, Sam Rockwell. All at the top of their game.
