 Re: The Hangover
I watched it for the first time a month or two ago, and I remember liking it, but not loving it. But that's the thing: I don't remember a whole lot about it... kind of like my own movie hangover.

Are you really dissecting The Hangover?

 Re: The Hangover
You mean I won't meet Mike Tyson after a night of drinking and partying?

Are you really dissecting The Hangover? I'm not dissecting this anymore than the rest of you do with other movies..

 Re: The Hangover
I just rewatched this yesterday and it reminded me of how it's one of the best comedies ever. It has a brilliant structure, three great leads and it just succeeds from start to finish. The humor in it is pretty good, but it's really the delivery, mainly from Galifianakis, which is so on point. Helms pretty much only acts loud in a way, but it fits the character and Cooper is the more level headed dude, and mixing right in with those. Then there's plenty of good contributions from others in this too, it's very much a complete film, relatable from a hanging out with the guys / party / hangover standpoint, just multiplied in craziness. Vegas is used as the perfect backdrop as well, it has some classic songs as the soundtrack and it combines it all into a comedy trip of which there are few.
