It was, once again, very close and at some point I thought I'd be presenting Black Swan and Inception as two winners for Best Picture!

At least it was pretty close, and social network got recognition. I'm honored be.ready used two of my quotes during his clever and well written speech.

RABBIT HOLE came really close to getting Most Overlooked. It should have. It's a much better film than KICK-ASS. Though it did impressive coming in second when not many people here have seen it.

Re: WOKJ Motion Picture Awards 2010 - WINNERS CEREMONY!
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who voted for Edgar Wright. I'm satisfied with one Pilgrim win, especially since my #2 won everything else. Sorry Black Swan fans, I'm waiting for blu-ray.
I was gonna vote for Amy Adams, but ended up going with Melissa Leo because I thought she had a better chance to win. I thought their performances were equally excellent, as did most of KJ, resulting in the Marion win. I liked Ellen more than her, but whatever.
Did Up win best picture last year? Or The Hurt Locker? And was Avatar really not even nominated?

Sorry I missed the show; I was, frankly, doing better things. Plus I knew all the winners ahead of time.
Expected dominance by Inception, though it was nice to see Eisenberg tie Firth in the end.

Basterds, that makes sense. And Lectar posted it too lol. Lord of the Rings won every single award we ever had on Box Office Mojo in 02 and 03, before the exodus.

I would like to know how the winners looked by the first deadline. It would be nice if the graphs had a line so we could see how the late votes affected the whole thing. Re: WOKJ Motion Picture Awards 2010 - WINNERS CEREMONY!
Here is my ballot. And before all of the Inception haters go medieval on my ass, let me explain that I only vote for movies I have seen, and I haven't seen BS, TKS, TSN or TG yet. That's why I didn't vote for Best Actress, Actor or Supporting Actor at all, as I haven't seen any of the performances, and I'm not going to vote the most popular choice just because. Best Picture Inception Best Director Christopher Nolan (Inception) Best Supporting Actress Marion Cotillard (Inception) Best Ensemble The Expendables So disappointed it didn't win Best Original Screenplay Christopher Nolan (Inception) Best Adatped Screenplay Michael Arndt (Toy Story 3) Best Animated Feature Toy Story 3 Best Foreign Film The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Best Documentary Feature Catfish Best Cinematography Inception Best Editing Inception Best Score Inception Best Make Up The Wolfman Best Visual Effects Inception Best Art Direction Inception Best Costume Design Shutter Island Best Sound Inception Best Horror Film Shutter Island Best Comedy Kick Ass Most Overlooked Film Kick Ass
