 Christmas Tunes Wanted
Holy shit, it's already Christmas?! Not quite. But, once this week passes, Christmas commercials start, then soon enough decorations go up, and BOOM! It's Christmas Eve. Anyway, I'm trying to put together a few Christmas CDs early. I already have quite a few of Bob Rivers' Christmas songs. If you haven't heard any, do yourself a favor and find some Bob Rivers Christmas songs. Anyway, aside from that, how about the essentials? I want to be prepared this year, so I want to hear your favorites, and why they should go on a few mix Christmas CDs.

Trans Siberian Orchestra has a phenomenal Christmas CD out, that I'm dying to get my hands on. As well, Kelly Clarkson sings an awesome version of "O Holy Night".

Coincidentally, on your last comment, one of Bob Rivers' songs is called Yellow Snow!

Might I suggest my brother's "Santa's Coming" song?
http://www.phillionaire.com
WARNING! The lyrics are a bit, um, suggestive. It's very funny though, and I think it's a great tune.
Go to his web page, read his comedy bits, and then download the song, near the bottom of the page.

The Renaissance christmas stuff is also worth exploring and collecting... but Gregorian chants aren't everybody's cup of wassail.

Here's another modern classic.
And talk about "high-tech." Using state-of-the-art CG, the producers were able to create this amazing odd coupling of two legendary pop singers from decidedly different eras. The effect is virtually seamless.
A MUST for every collection.
