Re: Predict Best Animated Movie 2010 contenders Shrek 4 might be nominated only if there are 5 nominees again. Shrek has been sucking since part 2 and I doubt the trend will come to an end. Shrek 3 didn't manage a nom.

Re: Predict Best Animated Movie 2010 contenders I don't see both Shrek Forever After and Toy Story 3 being nominated. Which I guess means I'm predicting How to Train Your Dragon will be the only Dreamworks nomination. Unless Megamind is excellent... Which I doubt.

Re: Predict Best Animated Movie 2010 contenders Shrek 4 isn't getting nominated, at all. Dragon is locked, and if they did nominate a second DreamWorks film it would probably be Megamind.
Right now though I'm pretty certain the line-up will be Dragon, TS3 and a random art house animated film. For the win, I could still see Toy Story 3 losing, simply because Pixar has won five out of the last seven years (And one of those years they didn't even have a movie out). It might finally be time again for another smaller animated film to win.

Re: Predict Best Animated Movie 2010 contenders Hmm, Despicable Me is not necessarily getting nominated. The reviuews are not really better than Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs' and that was snubbed despite very solid box-office.
