Making it seem like Bruce Willis and Ahhhnold are actually in the movie is a big, big plus. It's deceiving but a good move. But yeah, this won't attract a lot of females. It has an upper limit.

That's where they will not succeed. Not quite, but certainly a solid expected opening. It's a solid opening and an Inglorious Basterds type opening did seem like the best comparison. I think the soft marketing campaign stopped it from achieving a huger breakout that it could have done, but it's demographics of women and younger men thought impossible by most in here (And good WOM) makes me think it won't be as frontloaded as originally thought.
