Avatar keeps on chugging...
So around 13.5 million per day overseas.
looks like Avatar will scream past 2 billion overseas. At this rate, definately $3billion is in the cards.

 Re: Avatar (INTL.)
Avatar drops are low so far in Poland - http://pl.james-camerons-avatar.wikia.c ... Box_OfficeAnd it's already on one screen in most cinemas and those cinemas are not going to drop it anytime soon. Only Helios ( 3rd biggest cinema operator ) will drop Avatar on 5th March for Alice because they only have one 3D screen in each of their cinemas. Cinema City ( no.1 ) has on avg 3 3D screens and Multikino (no.2 ) has 4-5 3D screens. And new 3D screens are added every week. So it's now possible to have at least 3 3D movies in wide release in Poland

Avatar will have a terrible weekend drop as most theaters have decided to drop it completely or cut its showtimes to 1 or 2 per day. Its run looks like it's finished here. You are kidding right? There is no way it will just abruptly end. A movie that has been top for 7 straight weeks in most of the markets is not likely to just vanish off. Theater owners are not that stupid to leave a money making tree go away for the movies that they are not sure will give them any profit. Also what is the point of moving it out when it is only running in 3D when there aren't any new 3D movies around?

Theaters in Hong Kong have cut down on Avatar's showtimes or dropped it completely due to fierce competition for screens from the 8 (9 if you include 2 versions of TPATF) openers this week.

It is really surprising that France got those numbers maybe an Oscar boost there is huge. Can it be that the people heard that France lost it's number 1 position and sent banners everywhere that we should make it back to number 1

That would be amazing if it became the number one film in admissions of all time even with its inflated prices.
