Lovely Bones actually opened on 230 screens, and had a $2,297 average...not good. It's set to expand further on Friday.

Avatar looks on track to take down Titanic.

12 year record that one is. This year has seen the opening weekend record gone as well after 7 years, not once but twice.

It's kinda strange that you have more complete CIS charts, since there's that huge mess with adding Ukraine's numbers. But still I'd like to see them. Don't you have just the weekend numbers? It would be ideal to pull the biggest 3rd, 4th, 5th weekend charts, so I wondered if you have them.

Amazing, could it be at 1m admissions by Sunday?
How many of the 235 prints are 3D?

It's safe to say it's performing strongly in the UK. I've just come back from seeing it and every showing of the day sold out, including all three 2D showings. When we left, the theatre was busier than i ever remember seeing it, absolutely full.

I'm expecting some seriously strong numbers up until the end of the weekend here.
