Like his celebrity mirror, Corpse represents a figure no-one really likes, everyone is generally irritated by, but the consistent display of mental retardation by a niche audience keeps their game high. Alas, Ghost of Girlfriends Past spelled the beginning of the end for McConartist and it's mirrored the decline of Corpse, who managed to wank his way to a high spot of 8 in 2007's list; when everyone thought he had a vagina.

Corpse keeps ticking away though, and the mere consideration of Corpse in the admin and mod races shows a certain dedication. Corpse gave up on winning over valuable forum members approval after it became clear that no one was going to like his ass any time soon. Not even the ass-friendly Box warms to this cold chipolata. But Corpse is a clever dick. He knew that the mentally retarded needed a leader and so happily participated in the Late Show to great success.

When i look at shit like Twilight and wonder "what t'fuck, who t'fuck actually likes this shit?" Corpse always pops up in the back of my head. Someone, somewhere, will eat up shallow, lifeless teenage angst like a flaming heart liberal eats up Obamas poop and says "Oh god his shit is so delicious". Corpse is everything that is wrong with the world, but he has his place REMINDING us that everything that is wrong with the world exists.

That said, Corpse remains a poor mans Vincent.

Part of being a power-player is showing your true colours, getting down and dirty with other members in the water cooler. The water cooler is the backstage room to the main event. It's where the networking happens. It's where powerful relationships are built and, in a drunken coke fuelled binge, broken. Dr Lecter think's he's above this backstage schmoozing; but alas - Brangelina he no longer is.

Lecter's box office analysis and participation remains sharp, and the majority of the sites activity he is a knowledgeable, affable poster with strong views and crisp accumen. But to the Power List? He's becoming an outsider, his vast post count can't save him this year and his stock has fallen from his former topping glory - much like Vin Diesel himself.

Lecter's slide accelerated this year, but can he pique forum interest once more in his activity? Can he break out of what Argos calls his "boring" image? Time will tell Arthur!

To be fair to Lecter, Argos has sort-of become boring.

Making a Christian Bale sized career leap this year is Box whom after breaking into the chart last year at 25 has now cracked the top ten with sights firmly on the top five for next year.

How exactly did he pull off this feat? Well he stopped being such a fucking asshole. He also started admitting his love FOR assholes on a regular basis to a lot of people. There is nothing more flattering for a gay man than to have another attractive gay man compliment them frequently with descriptions of the rough sex they enjoy envisioning with them.

Therefore Box has the forum in the palm of his smutty little hands. His pictures have been doing the viral rounds for while now and he is no Ugly Betty either. Yes the Power List is shallow; but the old adage of sex sells stands true.

Box has also formed a peculiar cross-culture bond with the likes of Dino and Myself on one side of the spectrum but also is close with Libs, Yoshue, Snack and co. He's clever, so that side of him is appealing to the Snack's of the world, but he also knows how to slut it up and let his hair down; and that appeals to the MikeQs, Michaels, Dinos and Tims of the world.

Box's re-invention can be called one of the cornerstone talking points for the 2009 Powerlist; and his quantum jump to such a high position is reflective of an accumulation of power earned mainly by the desire of a reasonable number of posters to bone him.
