Post KJers Workout Tracking Thread
Mainly for Torrino and I, but if anyone else wants in, please feel free.

I'm going to try to do 30 min of stretching tomorrow, 30min on the cycle, and 30min core exercises.

Whats your goal torrinos?

Ok, torrino, I just spent two hours in the basement. Doing horrible things.

J/k. Well, I'd say today was a moderate success. I didn't keep strictly to the 30/30/30 thing or whatever, but I did move.

No visible improvements yet though, FML.

I really wish I could just cut soda from my diet entirely. I need to get on some sort of workout regimen again, it's been way too long.

I keep hearing all these "aspartame gives you cancer" rumors, but I read recently that it's a bunch of nonsense.

How the hell would I know about those? I keep thinking twizzlers are those things you use to pluck your nose hair.

Small difference. I was more than half right.

Libs, I've eaten several pieces of chocolate today, more than erasing my gains through exercise. FML.

Aspartame is the sweetener used in diet drinks. They've been said to have the ability to cause cancer. Which is ridiculous, as you'd need to drink twenty diet drinks a day for thirty some years before aspartame could truly be linked to cancer. But there are people that drink that many diet drinks a day. So maybe in a few decades we'll have a few "Aspartame caused my cancer!" idiots.

Em, I drink one a day. Generally, over the last few years, it's been gatorade and water.
