Post Is the election thing serious?
Is the winner actually going to be the admin? Whats wrong with the ones we have...I know I dont want some newb, inexperienced person in charge of KJ, learning on the job can only make it worse than it is.

It seems as though you have missed that little thing called Roid.

Guess I set the current mods up with that one; though I have no problem with our mods.

I'm with you, Excel - - I find this election thing hard to believe too. If it's not a joke, I guess it's at least better than a raffle...

I wonder what will happen if the new admin (whoever it is) starts abusing their power. I find it hard to believe Eagle won't be regretting this little experiment in a few months.

Eagle deletes their account. It's that easy.

Aren't any of my ideas decent? I really don't want you to think I'm "joking" with my campaign.

All administrative action like bans and whatnot will be voted on. I'm 1/8th of the vote (me, zingy, xiayun, madgez, christian, argos, and the two kj choices). Besides, if you feel I'm abusing my power, you may raise a claim in "The Site" and I will take a warning if my mod staff decides the claim is legitimate. I hope that sounds logical...

Anyway, it'd be nice to get some real support. Not just the support of people voting against Corpse.

Torrino, I think your ideas sound fair and constructive. The site won't be the free love commune it would have been under Herr Argos, but I like your plan.

This idea is probably the single worst thing that has happened to KJ in its existence. The fact that it hasn't been called off much earlier baffles me.

I dont see how many such a large amount of kjs established posters being openly against this hasnt shut it down?

torrinos ideas are fine; the reality is the sites fine so it really has no where to go but down.

I think it's kind of funny that once Royd became a fine admin (he was horrible at first, giving people warnings and bannings for the smallest things and locking all sorts of thread, but he has had a major improvement in the last 6 months), Eagle decides it's time to throw the forum into disarray with something that, looks like to me, nine out of ten KJ users don't feel is necessary.
