I'm not here enough that I should even be giving my opinion about this. If I voted, I'd vote for my old sparring partner torrino. I think more people would be comfortable with that choice, and that's too important to shrug off.

This wasn't an easy decision, and if he chooses to run next year the outcome may be different, but at this time the decision is final. Argos has been removed from the election process.
Eagle, I am doubtful about your stated reasons for removing Argos from the candidacy. If you are not comfortable with Argos' as Admin because of his past behavior in the forum, shouldn't you have removed him at the very first stage of the election? Why did you wait until the very moment when the final candidates were announced? Did Argos suddenly become not serious enough to be an admin when he got about 25% of the votes cast? This made me think that you did it just to make sure the final winner would get the magic threshold 50% of votes and then someone can declare the election process sound and fair. If that is the case, I feel sorry about this election.
