Just because i am more reading than writing does not mean that im an inferior user, i think. But decide whatever you want to.

Cheshire Cat wrote: Just because i am more reading than writing does not mean that im an inferior user, i think. But decide whatever you want to. Good Point. Don't think the number of posts matter but think if a poster is questionable then Eagle should quickly review all posts made by the posters to decide if he thinks the poster has shown a serious side to the forums. And this can be done easily by just reviewing a page or two of the show all posts by this user.

Re: WoKJ Admin Election - User Discussion
I am with magnus. Having minimum number of posts prevents folks from voting with double accounts. It could be an account created a while back and totally idle.
Number of posts should not be a criteria but accounts opened after elections started and those which have been idle for a long time should not be eligible.

Re: WoKJ Admin Election - User Discussion
As I said in the rules of the nomination thread, each vote and the member responsible will be taken into account. A list of votes that were not accepted will be posted at the end.

I was looking through cheshire cat's history and loyal replied to one of his posts which really concerns me about argos. loyalfromlondon wrote: Cheshire Cat wrote: Sorry, didn't see that im too late. But what the fuck are you blabering about me beeing a duplicate account? In other news, Argos those last two votes only came in after I said it was tie. So I'm supposed to now leave the poll open indefinitely so LOTR fans can cast 3 votes and so on and so on. You guys take this shit way too serious. As crazy as it sounds, there are ROTK fans out there, in fact the exact same amount of fans that voted for Godfather while the poll was open.

Like I said above, the quality over the quantity and the time of the posts should be considered.

Iagree about the minimum number of posts...I think the same rule is applied to poster/film awards here as well, no?

But it might not be an important question until next week when the vote will matter more unless one isn't in the top 3 of these 4 getting the most votes. Nominate a Candidate Your candidates: ----- Argos ----- Corpse ----- Maguire > right now ----- MikeQ. ----- Munksyuk > right now ----- Torrino

I really dont know why this should be an argument for not counting my vote. As i said, i read more than i write and i know Argos because we meet every day in the same IRC channel and in a few other forums. So it's natural that im interested in the subjects/threads that Argos is interested in (the sheer fact that we discuss these subjects elsewhere should show that the whole case isnt very mysterious...). I think there are a few people who dont like Argos or want someone else to win, so they try to make up reasons against accepting my vote. Shame on you!

Not to insult Cheshire Cat, but Argos is a much better writer and grammarian.

Re: WoKJ Admin Election - User Discussion
A new rule has been added to the nomination thread:
6) Users who have joined the forum after this process began are ineligible to vote.

Re: WoKJ Admin Election - User Discussion
Let me rephrase: Anyone who joined the forum after May 30th is not eligible to vote.
All other accounts will be dealt with as was done previously: on an account by account basis. As always, ownership reserves the right to throw out any vote at anytime for any reason.

Think everyone should vote! But whether it will count is a different story, that is up to Eagle. But yours is a tough sell as no forum posts before today, even though you joined a year ago. I see Munk voting for argos in the nomination thread. So is he withdrawing?
