2) Yes, El Murato's time as Admin ends when the new Admin is elected, unless he chooses to run and wins. Nebs will stay on as a technical liason to the new admin as described in the original thread, but will not have any say in rules / moderation of the forum.

Fan clubs should also have a specific time frame, from it's request , to it's end.
