Okay, I know I'm a little late. But based on the screening Monday night...
Opening Weekend: $27 million
Final Domestic Gross: $100 million
The film was packed, but not as quickly as other films I've been to, indicating there might not be quite as much public interest. That said, everyone (including myself) enjoyed the film, and I heard numerous good things walking out, so I think the legs will be exceptional.
As for the trailer, it's the same Batman Begins preview that's been playing for a month.
P.S. -- Constantine has the wackiest, coolest portrayal of the devil I've ever seen. Very nice.

Nice man, very cool to here. For some reason I can REALLLY picture Peter Stormare playing Beezlebub. Though keep in mind, these early screenings often don't have the new trailers that are just opening. Universal is about the only one that seems to have the new attached trailers, or at least from the ones I've been to that's the impression I've gotten.

Generally, preview screenings don't include trailers at all unless it's one that's attached with the print. In recent memory, I can only remember Troy sporting an Ocean's Twelve trailer early.

Million Dollar Baby had the Constantine ad most recently. And the ones having exclusive trailers that I can recall were Surviving Christmas with The Ring Two's teaser and Van Helsing having the Chronicles of Riddick and Bourne Supremacy trailers. I can't remember if Dawn of the Dead or Riddick had any previews or not, and beyond that the rest of the movies I'm 90% sure only had at most one old trailer.

I hate you.
Anyways... I was wondering about your prediction. You're almost predicting a 4x multiplier, which is very hard to achieve in the winter, especially with this genre. Any reason why it will happen?

Word-of-mouth. It's the very definition of a crowd-pleaser, and the audience I saw it with ate it up. That, combined with a lack of direct competition for awhile (at least, as far as I can see), leads me to think it's going to have a leggy run.
Now, if people boo on Tuesday, my prediction might change slightly.

Oh, and Cursed opens the week after.

Well, my girlfriend wants to see it (she lives fifty miles away, so she had to miss the earlier screening). I was going to pay for it, but what the hell?
And has Cursed gotten any promotion? There was the putrid trailer, which I've yet to see in theaters (and I see -- sometimes regrettably -- every horror movie that comes down the pike). To the best of my knowledge, there really isn't much hype anywhere. And it hardly seems to be a return to form for Wes Craven.
Cursed, I think, will pull in Boogeyman-like numbers. Good, but hardly extraordinary.

Cursed will do slighty better than Boogeyman, online because it looks more like a horror movie than Boogeyman, and Boogeyman had to deal with Hide and Seek and the Superbowl too. Cursed has to deal with Constantine, depending on how big this is. Cursed is showing a lot of commercials (from what I've seen). I've seen it attached to a few movies I've seen in theaters.

I really don't think so. Nothing has led me to believe Cursed will do decently. I know it's only my own experience, but I haven't met a single person who wants to see it, and quite a few of my friends are horror fans. Even my girlfriend, who worships the ground Kevin Williamson walks on because of Scream and Dawson's Creek, doesn't want to check it out until it hits video.

I don't know man, everywhere I look on TV there's the damn Cursed TV spots. I don't think it'll do spectactular, but definitely decent.
And Dark Shape, as awesome as it would be if Constantine could pull off 100 million, I think it'd have to open to at least 35 million to reach it. This is February, it's an R rated comic book movie, and it's a horror/actioner. Personally, I have a feeling it'll do a bit less then Blade 2 numbers, maybe 30/77. A surprisingly high amount of people want to see this, and the ads keep getting cooler and cooler. But remember, just because a movie is a crowd pleaser doesn't mean great legs. Just look at Dawn of the Dead, I, Robot, X2, Bad Boys II, or Friday Night Lights. All had terrific reactions when I saw them, but only Bad Boys passed a 3.0 multiplier, and that was just because of those summer weekdays.

If I'm wrong, I'll eat a little crow on this, don't worry. I'm not going to call anyone who makes a sub-$100m prediction an idiot.
I could pull a BKB and predict $545 million in the U.S. alone

We have a few reviews.
Hollywood Reporter's Review of Constantine
Also, Constantine is standing at a 50% on Rotten Tomatoes (3 Fresh, 3 Rotten).

7/10. However that would translate into letter grades.

Not bad. It's in my top 3 most anticipated for this year ( The Ring 2 and Star Wars being the others), so I'm hoping to atleast enjoy it.
