Harry Potter will be dead thanks to the first two films. Can't imagine it reaching an 8 average thanks to them.
LOTR is probably the only 100% lock, and maybe the original Star Wars Trilogy. They won't be divided though. We'll see though. I know myself and many others were disappointed with ROTK, so it'll be close. I thought while Matrix had a stronger first film I thought at least the consensus was that Spiderman 2 and 3 were at least watchable compared to the Matrix sequels.
