The General- 10/10
Does it seem wrong to anyone else that I'm reminded of Woody Allen every time I see Keaton in this movie??

The Happening - D+
Such a strange movie. I don't know how to... describe it.

The Spiral Staircase: 9.5/10
I meant to watch it while studying, but it turned out to be too thrilling, so the book was put aside. A great recovery after Hulk 2.

What Just Happened - 6/10
The acting was solid, but the film felt very dragged out. I chuckled, but I also found myself checking the time several different times.

Nice to see others liked Gattaca.
Its one of those new modern films that is actually deseriving of its praise, for it receives so little.
I watched

Re: Grade The Last Movie You Watched
I watched Leatherheads and can't quite say that I liked it. It's not a movie I'd watch again. Renée Zellweger was good in it, though she didn't have much to do really.
Then I saw Grand Illusion and I just can't rate it. I can't put it into words and I'm definitely re-watching before sending Netflix back their disc.
And then there is The Mission which I really liked. I read a review after watching that said it wasn't good because it failed to say a few things but I liked that not everything was spelled out for you. You have enough already with a film trying to portray the Jesuits in a good light, by actually showing you how they got fucked by the Church. I liked it. A lot. This is naother movie I plan to re-watch again soon.

Watched Blade Runner: Final Cut on the big screen
There's still something that just doesn't click with me about this film... I dunno, maybe it's the pace, or some of the scenes and dialogs being needlessly long? But it wasn't as good as I'd convinced myself in its digestion since the last time I'd seen it.
