I'd agree with that. It's too early for anything concrete, but I will say that the midnight showings didn't seem to generate much activity.

I agree the ratio for Mummy should be more like 70-80, and it's not doing too hot either with only 212 so far.

It won't be close to 3.0 since it's still the heart of the summer, and not even family film could manage much over that this time of the year, but 2.7 is doable.

No, it won't get a 3.0, but my point was 2.5 is very likely too low. Last year
Bourne and Underdog were both at 2.8 this time of year as openers, and the
year before Barnyard managed 2.9. Not exactly matching demos necessarily,
but it shows multipliers don't have to be really low in the summer.
