Two things:
1. What's with the white hair? 2. I didn't know Fox was fat in the cartoons.

Re: The Dark Knight
Watched it a second time. Gotta say, now that the hype is off, its my #3 film of the summer after Iron Man and Indy. While I still think The Dark Knight is the better film, it's replay value is not nearly as high as the very entertaining May Duo.
I now consider it a solid A film, with a good story, fabulous acting, and superb direction. I feel now the biggest problem is in the editing of the beginning and the ending subplot. Apart from that, it's one of the best superhero films ever made and really did live up to it's hype. One of the few.
The Big 3 of this year were much more satisfying and memorable then last year.

Re: The Dark Knight
Are you calling Harvey Dent's story the subplot? That was the MAIN plot.

His transgression of Two face was a subplot, I understand that it worked well with what was setup making it a tragic fall from grace and Batman going Rogue, but I think it was certainly rushed.
Don't make me explain any further, I find it completely stupid and unnecessary for me to defend myself in nitpicking a film that I very much enjoyed and find it the 2nd best Batman movie of all time. It has quite a few flaws, but so does Indy and Ironman, it doesn't stop it from having the highest quality of blockbusters since probably 01 or dare I even say it 89.

Re: The Dark Knight
TDK and Indiana Jones 4 should never be mentioned in the same sentence. I am not even a bat loonie. I'm your average moviegoer. Indy sucked balls. Batman rocked. There really is no argument about it.
Yeah... Indy/Iron Man weren't nearly as good as TDK.
damn straight, Iron-Man is child's play compared to The Dark Knight, and Indi

Psh at the Iron Man diss. The two are closer in quality than batloonies prefer to think.

Re: The Dark Knight
Are you kidding me? Iron Man had an insanely weak villain and climax. The character was fresh and there were some funny moments, but the themes weren't deep, there wasn't any thought-provoking moments, and besides Tony Stark and being fresh overall, it wasn't even remotely memorable. Still a great film I gave an A-, but is far behind The Dark Knight. Now Iron Man and Indy are comparable in quality.

Re: The Dark Knight
I thought the video set to Team America clips was cooler :shamelesselfpromotion:
that was awesome. How the hell did the animated clips line up so well with the movie footage? Did that guy use an entire show (aka dozens of hours) to get the material he needed??
