Garner's pulling out of all publicity for Elektra due to a mystery illness, spoke volumes without needing Vartan to say anything. About 99% of the time that an actor or actress developes a serious illness that causes them to pull out of a weeks worth of publicity, but isn't serious enough to make them be hospitalized, it means they don't want anything more to do with the flick.
But, I think doing that stuff is playing a semi-dangerous games as you will likely alienate the people you worked with on that flick, the movie studio, and your fans that liked the movie.

Garner blasting her own movie? Its not surprising since most movie stars do that anyway after their movie bombs so I dont see what the big deal is.
Well its one of the reasons you have to respect Colin Farrell because even when Alexander got ravaged by critics and movie goers alike, he still defends his decision and Oliver Stone's vision for the movie unlike Ben Affleck who burned every bridge with almost every director by ragging on them

He must have meant Canadian dollars, which would be like $35-$40 million US dollars. _________________

that almost sounds funny considering the canadian dollar is gained so much on the american dollar that they're almost the same. sadly, the prices have not compensated for it. things are cheaper in the states now : (
