[size=200]RULES OF FIGHT CLUB:
1. MY DECISION IS FINAL
2. NOT ALL GAMES ARE EXACTLY 24 HOURS BECAUSE OF A BUG WITH TIMED POLLS AND BECAUSE I DON'T USE THE COMPUTER AT THE SAME TIME EVERYDAY. I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE IF THIS AFFECTS THE OUTCOME IN CLOSE MATCHES.
3. NO SHIRTS ALLOWED SO IF YOU WISH TO POST PICTURES OF URSELF OR ANYBODY THEY MUST BE SHIRTLESS. FEMALES CAN HAVE THEIR PRIVATES COVERED WITH APPROPRIATE CLOTHING, SUCH AS BRAS, LINGERE AND BIKINIS. YOU MAY NOT HOWEVER POST PICTURES THAT WILL MAKE THE OWNER OF THIS THREAD REACH FOR A KNIFE SO HE CAN SCRATCH OUT HIS OWN EYEBALLS. THEREFORE PICTURES MUST BE IN GOOD TASTE. I AM SUPERFICIAL, SO PLEASE DO NOT SAY THAT THIS I'M BEING VAGUE. SEXY PEOPLE. SEXY STARS.
4. IN THE EVENT OF A TIE BREAK (FROM NOW ON) I WILL GO TO THE FIRST "ACTIVE" THREAD IN THE CINEMANIA FORUM AND USE THE FIRST LETTER OF THE FIRST POST TO ALPHABETICALLY CHOOSE THE WINNER. IF THE LETTER IS M, THE NEXT LETTER IS A N, THEN O AND SO FORTH. IT WILL GO AROUND UNTIL IT REACHS A WINNER. IF A WINNER IS NOT CHOSEN BY THE TIME IT GETS TO Z, THEN IT RESTARTS AT A. IN THE EVENT TWO USERS START WITH THE SAME LETTER, THEN IT WILL GO TO THE 2ND LETTER.
5. OFF TOPIC DISCUSSION IS ALLOWED. HOWEVER, IF I INSIST YOU STOP THEN YOU MUST STOP. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN PENALTIES THAT COULD AFFECT THE OUTCOME OF YOUR MATCH.
(IN-GAME WARNING) 50% reduction in votes.
(1ST WARNING) A deduction of 2 votes from your round.
(2ND WARNING) A deduction of 10 votes from your round
(3RD WARNING) Disqualification
(4TH WARNING) Will not be allowed in future fight clubs until i say so.
6. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO COMPLAIN IF YOU THINK THE OUTCOME IS UNJUST OR BIAS. BUT ONLY 1 POST IS ALLOWED. ANYMORE THAN 1 WILL MAKE YOU INELIGBLE FOR THE NEXT FIGHT CLUB. THIS INCLUDES DEBATING WHAT I SAY TO YOU. CRYING THAT YOU LOST OR POST-GAME FIGHTING COMES UNDER RULE 5.
7. THIS IS A GAME ABOUT LIKEABILITY AND IS NOT TO BE DEEMED AS A POPULARITY CONTEST BETWEEN THE TWO CONTESTANTS.
8. IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE INCLUDED IN FUTURE MATCHES, YOU MUST PM ME. I WILL NOT ACCEPT IN-FORUM RESIGNATIONS. HAVE SOME DIGNITY.
9. IF YOU DO NOT SEND ME A PM TO WITHDRAW YOU FROM THE CLUB, THEN YOU ACCEPT THAT OTHER FORUM MEMBERS ARE FREE TO CRITICIZE, INSULT, JUDGE, DEGRADE OR DEFAME YOU IN ANY WAY DURING THE DAY OF YOUR FIGHT, EVEN IF THEY ARE LYING OR EXAGGERATING. HOWEVER, THEY CANNOT INSULT YOU ON A DAY WHEN YOUR NAME DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE THREAD TITLE. PRE-GAME FIGHTING IS ALLOWED AS LONG AS IT IS CONTEXT OR PLAYFUL IN SOME WAY. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ARE WARNED OR BANNED FOR ANY COMMENTS YOU HAVE MADE IN THIS THREAD. IF YOU THINK WHAT SOMEONE SAID IS OFFENSIVE AND BREACHES THE FORUM CODE OF CONDUCT THEN YOU ARE TO TAKE THIS UP WITH A FORUM MODERATOR OR ADMINISTRATOR USING THE REPORT POST BUTTOM.
10. IF DOUBLE ACCOUNTS ARE SUSPECTED BY THE MODERATORS, THEN THAT PERSON WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AUTOMATICALLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE IS NO PRIZE, SO THERE IS NO NEED TO GO THAT FAR TO WIN.[/size]
