I didn't look through em all, but it looks like these were sent in by readers, no?
Also, I agree, no Psycho = please ignore list.

True, but I don't think they'd just stick random entries on there either. It's probably half and half, they obviously had to sift through the choices. I hate Casino's credits.

Lord of War had great credits. Also a fan of the Johnny Cash song in the Dawn of the Dead credits. Props to The Kingdom with its interesting, succinct history lesson.
David Fincher movies always have great opening credit sequences. I particularly liked the ones for Panic Room.

The list was apparently inspired from this list.

Re: EW's 13 Favorite Opening Movie Credits
Its a good list, but first, why 13? and 2nd
-Superman -Star Wars -Psycho
-One's that are also very fun are: Snatch (Though of the characters, not of the actors themselves) Pulp Fiction and Resevoir Dogs Kiss Kiss Bang Bang The Shining (Such a very cold set of credits that set the tone right away) Cliffhanger (It's a great opening sequence with mapped with the footage) T2 Waynes World
I'll certainly agree that those were good credits though, especially Charade, Catch Me if you can,

Paprika is the best and most creative opening credits I've ever seen. Helps that they have my favorite song ever, too.
