I guess they took the phrase "It's what's on the inside that counts" literally...

That name beat out "Filthy Cocks" and "Rotten Pricks".

Re: Is there really a worse name for a pub?!
It could be worse, like Bucket of Puke. But yeah that's not an inviting name. I'm surprised at no apostrophe in the second word.

This is the name of a restaurant I've been to in the Outer Banks, North Carolina as well: Their tagline is, inevitably, "I got my crabs from Dirty Dick's." The food is only OK.

Not sure what it is, but crab places LOVE STD puns.

Re: Is there really a worse name for a pub?!
Are they lost in translation? Are they trying to capitalize on Hitler's alleged obsession with pure food and drink? Couldn't they find anybody else? First? For instance, The Chinese executioner of "The Melamine Dairy Farmer"?

Re: Is there really a worse name for a pub?!
From what I read and heard, many people over there do not know the extent of Hitler's deeds/leacy. He is just a famous historical personality to them. Not all of them, mind you, but honestly, how much do we know of South Korean or Chinese history?

Re: Is there really a worse name for a pub?!
Those dirty dicks are different chains. I've actually been to both. The pub is much better, The name is really random as it doesn't exploit it like the other one.
I'm at a loss for the Hitler joints. Can you imagine if they have a club card to join the third reich?

If I open up a pub, I'll call it Leaky Anus.

I'm sure truffle butter beer will be its top seller.

I plead Ignorant. The tavern formerly known as "Hitlers' Cross" is in Mumbai, India. Where is Carmen Sandiego? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross_Cafe

The "blue Adolph" is in South Korea. The "King" is a hip hop clothing store for the Taiwanese.
