 Adventures in Babysitting Adventures in Babysitting Quote: Adventures in Babysitting (also known as A Night on the Town in certain countries) is a 1987 American comedy film written by David Simkins, directed by Chris Columbus, and starring Elisabeth Shue, Maia Brewton, Keith Coogan, Anthony Rapp, Penelope Ann Miller, Bradley Whitford, and a brief cameo by blues singer/guitarist Albert Collins. Although it is set in Oak Park and Chicago, Illinois, with much of the action taking place in the city itself, the movie was filmed primarily in Toronto.

Re: Adventures in Babysitting This movie is so much fun. I absolutely loved it when I was younger, though I haven't seen it in years. I can't believe they are remaking it  B+/A-

Re: Adventures in Babysitting This movie is a lot of fun. Very funny and some good moments throughout. And Elizabeth Shue really is gorgeous. Sad to see she's getting older, but still quite beautiful

I use to watch this alot growing up, and I caught it on TV the other night and I havent seen it in years. Still tons of fun.

A friend told me this is the movie of the 80's.

Also they made Penelope Ann MIller a nerd which is just so sad.
