This is actually the first forum I've ever begun posting to regularly. I posted a couple at BOM and then said screw it. Not that I felt too good for forums, I just never found one I really liked enough to want to post to and read posts from and "get to know" people on. When I discovered this one after becoming a little more serious out box office predicting though, I really liked it for whatever reason. I guess you people are just that great! I changed my BOM name to the same as this one recently.

Like BOM is perfect slice of heaven, puhhlease. BOM is one of the fakest places I've been to on the net, its full of whiny kiss asses who cannot think for themselves( Wind Waker, Baumer, LL35mm and one or two others excluded). Its one big group think thing going on over there, if you don't like the Kool-aid they're serving then all they do is rip on you. The double standards held by the admins are ridiculous, posting a porn link is bad, but openly encouraging illegal drug use and its positive promotion to minors is ok, wtf? As far as double account holders go's I think BOM has twice as many as KJ. I've created three different accounts (gots to love gmail) since being banned from BOM many months ago and no one has caught on yet. I just stopped posting through them because the place is full of George Bush loving douchebags and any attempt at honest criticism of film is shot down immediately which has made the place unbearable.

Thanks man. I've come across some of your old posts over at BOM, and I have to say was amused on more then one occasion. Thought provoking banter and clear film discussion can be difficult to find at times at BOM, but it's a big place. I've connected with a few cool members and pretty much stick to chatting with them. We actually have a pretty coherent thread discussion about this years election going on right now. I'm surprised.

Mattmav, apart from being a double account that was previously banned, has promoted drugs several times. And he hasn't recieved a warning.

BOM kinda sucks. There are precious few "BOM exclusive" posters over there anymore who I really like that much (in fact, Atoddr is just about the only one that comes to mind right now, though I'm sure there must be others). Most of the posters there who I like posting with also post either here or at Filmgasm.

On top of that, the site is becoming quite immature. The box office and "real life" sections are huge messes, and the other sections are slowly but surely being destroyed as well with the barrage of "lol posters." (Basically, people who post all the time but rarely have anything really special to say, use expressions like "lol," post whatever happens to pop into their head, and- this last one is optional- believe that Harry Potter has no equal.)
