Re: 2007 WOKJ Motion Picture Awards - Winnner Deadline Friday!
Sent. My ballot was split pretty evenly between TWBB, Zodiac, and Sweeney Todd.

Re: 2007 WOKJ Motion Picture Awards - Winnner Voting!
Wind Waker wrote: Btw can I send you a new version of my ballot? I saw Sweeney and I want to vote for it. Yes definitely. I still want to get to at least 50; otherwise there could be too much randomness in the winners (haven't counted everything to confirm that). I apologize for my lack of activity last week due to traveling, but hopefully we will get a rush of ballots the last several days. Thanks everyone!

It's funny...as much as I really liked No Country for Old Men, it might actually get zero votes from me, simply because of coming in second in most of the categories.
Blame that on Atonement, There Will Be Blood and Jesse James.

We are at 42 ballots right now, and the majority of the races (including most of the big ones) are still unspeakably close.
xiayun and I have decided on a time/date for the ceremony, too:
Sunday, February 24th at 12:00 PM PST

Re: 2007 WOKJ Motion Picture Awards - Winnner Deadline Friday!
Sent my ballot.
Here's how my votes were distributed:
Atonement - 5 There Will Be Blood - 3 Knocked Up - 2 Transformers - 2 Enchanted - 2 The Assassination of Jesse James - 2 Hairspray - 1 Superbad - 1 28 Weeks Later - 1 La Vie En Rose - 1 The Lives of Others - 1 Ratatouille -1
No Country got zero votes, even though I saw it and really liked it. It came in second for me in five categories.
Major films I didn't manage to catch:
Sweeney Todd Juno Once

Re: 2007 WOKJ Motion Picture Awards - Winnner Deadline Friday!
I bet Picture is between NCFOM and Atonement which has quite a following here.
Director is probably between PTA and the Coens

Re: 2007 WOKJ Motion Picture Awards - Winnner Deadline Friday!
There are basically clear and strong support for four films; although none of the categories has all four of them in it (due to TWBB's absence in BP), whenever three of them show up in one, it's a tooth-and-nail battle.
